no, this site is ad free. our goal is for you to see the value in our service and upgrade to the premium monitors.
how does billing work for the premium monitors?
premium monitors are billed on a yearly basis at $.50 a month for a total of $6 a year.
are there price breaks for multiple premium monitors?
yes, discounts kick in at 10, 50, 100 monitors.
how often are the checks run?
the default is every 5 minutes but the premium monitors can vary to need down to as little as 1 minute
how often will i get notified?
the default is every 2 hours but the premium monitors can vary to need. you can ackowledge an alert at any time to stop notifications.
how do i acknowledge a alert?
either by clicking on the link in the notification email or by going to websitehawk.com and clicking on the power button in the top right of the screen and entering the advanced user interface.
can i schedule downtime for a check?
yes, by entering the advanced user interface, clicking on the service, and then clicking on schedule downtime for this service.
can i have more than one email address?
for the basic monitors only one email address can be used but for the premium monitors multiple addresses and types are allowed.
where are your servers located?
servers are located in michigan and florida
how do I know what my sms address is?
